The TG12413 plugin is an authentic emulation of the compressor / limiter from the legendary EMI TG12345 mixing console, which was used on many classic recordings such as The Beatles’ Abbey Road and Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. The TG12345 consoles were custom-built for EMI's studios and were never sold commercially.

"Does a great job of evoking the three-dimensionality and harmonic saturation of a good hardware piece. The TG12413 can go from warm and subtle to agressive, punchy and pumping with ease. From vocals to guitars to piano I was consistently impressed with the sound and they really rocked on drum kit. It sounds fabulous and hits the vintage nail right on the head."

"Abbey Road Studios and Chandler Limited’s exquisite software version of the classic EMI limiter sets a new standard for hardware modelling. In a nutshell, I think the TG12413 plugin sounds amazing."

"When you max out the settings on an analog unit, strange yet musical things happen - things not easily approximated using a plugin. That's why I'm so impressed with the EMI Limiter. I haven't heard any other software compressors sound so much like a maxed-out analog device."
